Refund policy

 

All sales are FINAL SALE (not eligible for return,/exchange/store credit), so please choose carefully.  If there is an extenuating circumstance (ex: gross discrepancy in description, incorrect item shipped, etc) you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. To start a return, contact us at hello@revivalvintageboutique.com  If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for where & how to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Once your package is received we will notify you and let you know if your refund is approved.  If approved, refund will be on your original payment method.  It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

 

 

Gift Cards are non refundable.
